OUR SERVICES
The Society shall give loans and advances of tenors ranging from one month to 72 months or such other tenor as may be determined by the BOD. The amount granted to any one individual will range from 1000 to 10% of core capital or as may be determined by the board of directors from time to time.
The following loans are available but their names and attributes are subject to review by the Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of this policy.
The loans will be broadly be classified as; Personal loans and Business loans

Background Information
Fiucha SACCO society is registered under the cooperative society act under the ministry of
industrialization and cooperative society. The society was established to provide members
with a customized savings platform and loans at affordable price.
Our product are customized to suit the unique needs of our member/customers, whether those
in need of different savings account (flexible, fixed or blend of the two) or loan facilities with
a negotiable payment period or those choosing to invest in Fiucha Sacco ltd. The existence of
the Sacco is based on the need to include both high-end and low-end investors, business
people and individuals, in inspiring and building the community as we build our member’s individual business.

The main target market are the business people (both individual and cooperate). Other markets include:-
